The project was conceived to emphasize the importance of using clean, environmentally friendly technologies, while also building community capacities to adapt to climate change. It aims to improve environmental and economic conditions and strengthen community resilience to adapt to the impacts of climate change. The project also highlights the need to raise awareness among local populations about the consequences of climate change, its effects on their livelihoods and appropriate methods to address these challenges.

 

Overall Objective

To improve the environmental conditions for the residents of Ezbet El-Nasr, enhance community resilience and increase their ability to adapt to the consequences of climate change.

 

Specific Objectives

  • Raise community awareness about environmental challenges and climate change.
  • Increase the use of energy-saving technologies and promote the use of renewable energy.
  • Improve livelihoods and enhance the capacity to adapt to the impacts of climate change.
